This policy covers vmatrix.tech, which is run by Vmatrix Infotech Private Limited (“VMatrix”, “we”, “us”), a company of Vasundhara Infotech LLP, Opp. Nayara Petrol Pump, Singanpore Road, Katargam, Surat 395004, Gujarat, India. Our products eSIMKite and Apply e-Visa Dubai have their own privacy policies on their websites, and those policies apply when you use them.
1. What we collect
- Job applications you email us: your details and CV, used only to assess your application and deleted within 6 months unless you ask us to keep them for up to 12 months.
- Messages you send us, such as email or phone enquiries: your name, contact details and what you write.
- Technical data needed to deliver the site, such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider may log briefly.
- Your cookie choice, stored on your device.
We don’t run analytics or advertising tags on this site today. If we add them, they will only load after you consent.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to enquiries (our legitimate interest, or steps before a contract).
- To keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest).
- For optional analytics, only with your consent.
3. Sharing
We never sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and email, under contract and only as needed, or where the law requires it. If data is transferred outside your country, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards, normally no more than 24 months, unless the law requires longer.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time.
- EU and UK (GDPR, UK GDPR): you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
- India (DPDP Act 2023): you can seek access, correction and erasure, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance with us first.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): you can know, delete and correct your data, and opt out of its “sale or sharing”. We don’t sell or share it, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals.
